What product do you sell?

Do you have any products that are applicable to those with sensitive?

  • Our product is for all skin type. Unless you’ve done any acne surgeries or other facial procedure, or else you applied other products with peeling or exfoliation due to the sensitivity of your skin at that time.

 

How often should I use my products?

  • After your facial procedure we advice to use our product 3-7 days after. Discontinue using if you’ve still encounter any sensitivity on your skin. so that your skin will have a break. but you can still use Daily Facial Foam Cleanser, Sunblock with Cell Renewal, Moisturizing Facial Cream and lipid-free Cleansing Soap .

 

What product/s would you suggest for (specific skin type / condition)

  • The derming solutions is for all skin type product.

 

MY ORDER:


How soon will my order be delivered?

  • We are committed to delivering your order within 1 to 3 days for Metro Manila addresses (except Sundays and holidays) and 3-6 days for non-Metro Manila areas. The delivery countdown officially begins upon receiving an order confirmation

 

Can I still update my order once it is placed?

  • Before your order is prepared for shipment, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) can assist you on changing your order or updating the shipping details. Kindly let us know if changes have to be made. Call us at (02) 921-5526 / (+63)956-2016337 immediately or Simply click the yellow circle in the right bottom and Start chat.
  • Kindly be reminded that once an order is already prepared for shipment, no other changes can be made.

 

Can I still cancel my order?

 

Cancellation policy

 

Due to the nature of good sold by BSEI, there are certain policies to follow in cancellation of orders.

 

  1. All orders are deemed irrevocable and unconditional upon finalization through the online platform. Thereafter, BSEI may already process your order without your further consent and without any further reference or notice to you;
  2. An order may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the placement of order. To clarify, BSEI should receive the notice of cancellation within the said twenty-four (24) hour period;
  3. If the order is already in transit; you may not be able to cancel said order;
  4. Personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke items cannot be cancelled once said goods have been made regardless if they are still in the process of packaging or what not. For clarification “bespoke” means any product especially crafted or formulated or created for the client regardless of the frequency or volume;
  5. In the event of a pricing error, BSEI reserves the right to cancel the order. in this instance, BSEI will notify you of the cancellation;
  6. BSEI may cancel you order upon a breach of the sale terms and conditions;
  7. Cancellation may also occur through a valid order by appropriate governmental authorities or the courts of law in the Philippines.
  8. During cancellation, BSEI will attempt to give effect on a commercially reasonable effort basis

What payment method do you use?

Once you check out you will be able to choose the following payment options:
  • DragonPay credits, Online Banking, Over-The-Counter/ATM banking and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • BDO, BPI, METROBANK, CHINABANK, LANDBANK, RCBC, ROBINSON BANK, UCPB, PSBANK, PNB, SECURITY BANK, UNION BANK and many more.
  • For over the counter, LBC, 7-ELEVEN, BAYAD CENTER, SM DEPT, CEBUANA LHUILLIER, M LHUILLIER, ROBINSON, GCASH and many more.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept DragonPay credits, Online Banking, Over-The-Counter/ATM banking and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • For Over-The-Counter (OTC) payments, click OTC option upon checkout and choose from the options; bank or non-bank. Fill out the box with your name and email address and click SUBMIT. Payment instructions and reminders will be sent to you via email along with the reference number. Once payment is done, it will automatically update the system. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your payment.
  • Kindly prepare 1-3 days for Metro Manila Non-Metro Manila 3-5days.
  • For Cash on Delivery, please fill-up the checkbox kindly gives the exact address and landmark of your location.

Can I pre-arrange the date of delivery?

  • Our courier service is unable to provide schedule of delivery. We cannot guarantee the specific time or date for the delivery of your order. Rest assured, however, that we are working closely with our service partners to deliver your orders as fast as we can.

What if I am not around when my order arrives?

  • Kindly prepare a letter of authorization with your signature and complete name and signature of the person who will claim your order on your behalf. The authorized person must also present a valid ID.

Can I purchase multiple items under one order and have them delivered to different addresses?

  •  We do not offer delivery of multiple items to different addresses under one order.

Do you deliver outside the Philippines?

Do you offer discounted or free shipping fee?

  • Yes. FREE delivery with every purchase of PHP 2,000.00 and above.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Can I return/exchange my order?

  • Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
  • Products valid for returns, refunds or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we will not be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations. Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Products that are defective can be refunded, returned or exchanged within seven days upon receipt of your order. Beyond this time, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
  • Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
  • Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

What will I do if I received a damaged item?

I forgot my password; what should I do?
